Georgia: Mountains & Memories

I’ve been visiting Georgia since 2012. Most recently, between 2023 and 2024, I spent a lot of time in the country. I captured the sights and scenes with my Grandfather’s 35mm camera. I travelled all over the country, from the lush greenery of Guria, to the second city of Kutaisi and the hills of Tusheti. Ancient hill villages, deep forests, vineyards, drinking sessions, barbecued meat, protest and religion. Scenes from a place of wild landscapes and warm people.
